Step 1: Print and complete the enrollment appliation

Step 2: Print and review the Tuition & Fees Worksheet to determine your total program costs:

Step 3: Return application, worksheet and payment to the HSSF office. Please note that tuition increases if payment in full is not received prior to November 1.

Step 4: Schedule an administrative meeting.  At that meeting you will sign the appropriate releases and forms required prior to on-hill training.  Call the office at 530.541.7354 or email at heavenlyssf@yahoo.com to make an appointment.

Step 5: Your Head Coach will contact you with your teams’ orientation details.
